Training and Simulations Business Group Expansion

This 85,000 sf facility is the second phase of a two-building complex comprising the Regional Headquarters of Science Application International Corporation (SAIC). Designed by the architectural firm of Little Diversified Architectural Consultants and built by Brice Building Company, the project is located in the Central Florida Research Park, the sixth largest research park in the United States.

SAIC, headquartered in San Diego, California is a Fortune 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company and is one of the largest providers of outsourcing and information technology solutions. The company’s primary work in Orlando focuses on the development of simulation equipment for the U.S. military. SAIC has more than 44,000 employees worldwide.
