Oak Ridge Technical Center

Conceived as a Class-A office and flex-space business center for the eastern Oak Ridge area, this series of 6 single-story facilities has been a study in successful development and construction strategies.  To enhance the over-all development we met the challenge of re-contouring the site and moved over 25,000 cubic yards of earth.  The building design includes precast and glass exterior combined with attractive, high-quality interior finishes.

This development has set a new standard for the area and attracted such tenants as the U.S. DOE, Martin-Marietta, Gilbert Commonwealth, Johnson Controls, Client Logic and SiTel.
