The 378,000 sf facility includes separate secure employee and visitor entrances, a combined 370-car secured parking and A/ECP facility structure, plus additional onsite outdoor employee parking. Each level of the parking structure is connected to a corresponding office building floor by a multi-level, fully-enclosed bridge.

The facility provides 230,000 sf of general office area, 24/7 mission-critical facilities, extensive SCIF secure zones and high-security communications center exceeding SCIF standards. A landscaped park that includes a water feature and an assembly plaza with shade trees is provided as an employee amenity.
