Skeen Whitlock Building

The Skeen-Whitlock Building in Carlsbad, New Mexico, was developed to house the U.S. Department of Energy for the purpose of managing the nearby Transuranic Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). The 93,000 sf facility includes an emergency operations center, auditorium with sloped fixed-seating, 2-story atrium lobby, exercise gym, and a full-service cafeteria.
