The SSA Mega TSC is a five-story downtown project comprising 210,000 sf of general office space and secure subterranean parking. The facility boasts raised flooring, under-floor HVAC and power/data cable distribution throughout, a double-height entrance lobby, ACD Center and cafeteria. The Mega TSC is one of 4 SSA "mega" call centers nationwide serving some 250,000 callers per day.
